📊 Slide Design Best Practices:
- Use high-contrast text (dark on light, white on dark backgrounds)
- Limit bullet points to 5-6 per slide maximum
- Use "progressive disclosure" - reveal points one at a time during presentation
- Include slide numbers in footer (except title slide)
- Add your logo to top-right or bottom-left of each slide
- Use data visualization (charts, graphs) instead of tables when possible
- Keep font sizes large: Minimum 16pt for body text, 24pt+ for titles
- Test on projector/large screen before presenting - colors may look different
🎬 Presentation Workflow:
- Create PowerPoint using one of the methods above
- Add detailed speaker notes for each slide
- Practice pitch 5+ times to refine timing
- Prepare answers to common investor questions
- Have backup slides ready: Team bios, detailed financials, tech architecture
- Export final version as PDF for email distribution
- Bring laptop + USB backup with presentation file
