Compensation Package

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute LaunchPad's long-term vision and strategic roadmap
- Lead company-wide OKRs and hold leadership accountable to outcomes
- Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Directors
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead the $2.5M Series Seed round and future capital raises
- Manage investor communications, reporting, and relationships
- Oversee cap table management in coordination with legal counsel
Operations & Team Building
- Build and lead a high-performing executive team (CTO, CMO, CFO)
- Establish operational cadence across all departments
- Oversee HR, hiring strategy, and culture development
- Ensure compliance across all four legal entities
Product & Revenue Growth
- Partner with CTO/CPO to drive product roadmap aligned to customer needs
- Own revenue targets and P&L for LaunchPad Enterprises, LLC
- Drive key partnerships with lenders, SBA affiliates, and enterprise clients
Brand & Market Presence
- Serve as the public face of LaunchPad — media, speaking, social
- Build credibility with target markets: minority entrepreneurs, SMBs, creators
- Represent LaunchPad at industry events and investor conferences
